Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving the theripists time exclusively for their treatment. We require 24 hours (one working day) notice for cancellation of any appointment.
We understand that emergencys happen and sometimes this is simply not possible, however as a courtesy please let us know if you can't make your appointment as soon as you possibly can.
Where we have sufficient notice of cancellation, we will always endeavour to offer the appointment to a position on our waiting list.
No show policy:
If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment, a fee of half of the price of the scheduled service will have to be paid prior to a new appointment being booked for you.
Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment a new appointment will have to be scheduled for you and a fee of half the price of scheduled service will have to be paid prior to a new appointment being booked.
